What we collect
- Sign-up forms (Google Forms): name, phone and/or email, the chosen group and the answers you give.
- The “Prefer a call back?” form and the booking inquiry: they open an email to us with the details you enter (name, contact, message, and for events also organisation, date, venue and number of guests).
- If you message us on Viber, by phone or on social media: the details you send us there.
Why
Only to contact you, sign you up for a group and answer your inquiry. We don't send ads or newsletters without your explicit consent, and we don't sell or share your data with third parties.
How long
We keep your data as long as it is needed for your sign-up and participation in the group, or to answer your inquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Third parties
- Google Forms and Gmail are processed by Google under its privacy policy.
- The Google map loads automatically. Google may set cookies and see your approximate location.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram and Viber take you to those services and their own policies.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no external services before you ask for them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at ruse.lindyhopbg@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
